We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you wish to exchange a product for another, we are happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds unless there is manufacturing fault present. 

For exchanges and returns please proceed as follows:

Step 1: Please email your exchange or return enquiry with a full description and images of the fault to info@novellarow.com within 14 days of when your order was placed.

Step 2: Upon approval from the Novella Row team, the item must be returned via registered mail within 3 business days of making a claim for faulty goods. The product must be packaged in the original packaging and shipped in damage-resistant packaging. All of the product parts must be included and the product must not have been worn.

Step 3: You will be contacted by a Novella Row staff member once we receive the item. Please note our jewellery is limited edition and we cannot guarantee sizes will be available.


Novella Row jewellery is hand crafted with natural gemstones and pearls, making each piece of jewellery unique. Please note that the pieces may differ slightly from the jewellery featured on our website. We will not accept returns or exchanges due to natural marks and inclusions within our jewellery.
